I’ve Been There Too

Hi, I’m Kate.

For years, I lived in a constant state of stress.

From the outside, life looked fine.  But inside, I felt… overwhelmed, pressured, exhausted, emotionally reactive, and disconnected from the peace I craved.

I had become so accustomed to feeling shackled to stress that it felt like we were practically in a relationship with each other – and living in survival mode had become my normal state of being.

I didn’t know how to make it stop.

Most of the time, I felt as though I were drowning, yet never physically dying – trying to function in everyday life.

I couldn’t think greater than I felt, so no matter how much ‘information’ I took in, I struggled to implement it.

What finally improved my life was learning how to help my body feel safe enough to release the pressure I had subconsciously been holding on to like it was a lifeline.

When this pressure released… the chaos began to settle, and my life began to transform from the inside out.

For more than 25 years, I’ve guided thousands of people through transformational experiences designed to help them reconnect with the power within them and create meaningful, lasting transformation from within to without.
