I've been collecting classes and meditations for over twenty years. I've kept and continue to share the ones that have proven to be timeless, useful, meaningful, and supportive.
It's been my goal to provide a full range of loving support - and to specifically fill in the gaps of information not shared elsewhere. I can say as a matter of fact, not ego, that I've managed to do that.
Every day we have the opportunity to grow and expand our awareness. Having a place to get support to take the next step is vital to our evolution. When you find an answer, loving support and/or guidance here... my mission is fulfilled.
