Words are energy containers.  They hold the vibration of our thoughts, our dreams, and fears...
they're how we make sense of the world.

Sometimes...
the words in a book hold the power to change life as we know it...
they hold the energy of empowerment and we absorb that energy, elevating us out of the depths of despair, the torture of repetitive negative beliefs, and the shackles of survival mode.

They're a candle in the darkness before the dawn...

For more than twenty years, I've written books, workbooks, journals and experiences designed to take ideas beyond something you simply know and give you an opportunity to explore them in your own life.

Some of these books grew from my decades of teaching the timeless principles of Florence Scovel Shinn.
Some were created from my own journey through life overcoming desperation, embracing empowerment and soaring into transformation.
