Mental Loop Interruption

When we’re stressed – locked into the state of survival mode – at ANY level – our body is focused on SURVIVING – not thriving.  We get into a perpetual loop of thinking and feeling – struggling and surviving.  And we can’t think greater than we feel.

We feel stuck and sometimes we’re so locked up in survival mode/fight-or-flight that we don’t even know that we can’t think – because it’s our normal state of being – it’s the way we operate every day.

All we know is we want to feel better … and we don’t know how.

The answer is to regulate the nervous system.

When the nervous system is regulated, bringing the mind and heart back into a coherent harmony, the bandwidth to “think” is restored – opening the way to get clarity on what we want – what brings us joy and what doesn’t.  The way is open to grasp the feeling of being SAFE and improve our lives from the inside out.

 Simple steps to interrupt the mental loop of thoughts and feelings:

  • slow deep breathing – with long exhales that empty the lungs
  • laughter – pets, tv, videos
  • humming, singing
  • experiencing nature – touching Mother Earth’s rocks, soil, water, grass, trees
  • immersion into guided and unguided meditation

Before you get out of bed in the morning, infuse your day and your life with LOVE.  Shifting your internal vibration to the LOVE frequency before getting up regulates your nervous system.  Commit to sustaining this elevated frequency throughout the day and you’ll be more aware of your elevated energy slipping.

Breathing Techniques & Quieting the Mind into Harmony

Typically humans breath shallowly and when we’re stressed we hold our breath.  This repetitive behavior teaches the Vagus nerve (the nerve that regulates involuntary bodily functions – like heart rate, digestion, and breathing) to breathe shallowly as our normal state.

This lack of oxygen hinders our ability to think clearly – which leads to more easily becoming stressed, which sucks us into survival mode.  The Vagus nerve can be reconditioned to breathe more deeply as a normal state of being — see Vagus Nerve section.

Regulating the breath … breathing deeply then fully exhaling as much oxygen as possible using the guided method in the Quiet the Mind section brings the heart and mind into harmony – opening the way for greater, clearer thinking which leads to the ability to elevate your internal energy — taking control of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs.

These two action steps used consistently on a daily basis sets the stage for empowered transformation.

I know … you’re breathing … but did you know that the typical human way of breathing is shallowly?  And when you’re stressed or focusing on something that requires a steady hand, you’re probably holding your breath.

It’s true.  It’s what humans do.

When you breathe shallowly and hold your breath, you starve your vital organs of the oxygen they need to survive.  When you pay attention to your breathing, you’ll discover a pattern of brain fog with stressed shallow breathing and holding your breath.

The Vagus Nerve is a key part of your parasympathetic nervous system that automates your breathing by regulating your breath rate and depth.

With repeated deep breathing throughout your day, this nerve can be retrained to breathe more deeply, automatically supplying your body and brain with the oxygen you need to think clearly and your body to function at optimal heath.

Breathe deeply through the nose, hold, then on the exhale, drop your jaw – don’t purse your lips, just drop your jaw.  On that exhale with your jaw dropped you’ll feel the tension draining from your face – next deep breath and exhale with jaw dropped you’ll feel the tension draining from your neck – then your shoulders and your chest.  Feels Wonderful!

** Take a deep breath – count of 4
** Hold for a count of 4 – even more is better — if you can exhale to 8, GREAT!
** Release count of four or MORE – fully emptying the lungs as best you can.

I suggest setting a timer (the one on your phone will work) to Breathe Deeply for a few minutes every hour.  When I’m working at my computer, I set my timer for 15-20 minutes because I get so engrossed in what I’m doing, I tend to hold my breath.

The Quiet the Mind technique includes 5 steps that hold a specific purpose to quiet your mind chatter and bring your heart and mind into a coherent harmony.  THIS – ONE – STEP pulls your body out of survival mode and settles it into a peaceful state of being.

I use this technique in all my meditations and at the beginning of classes to relieve students of stress and bring their heart and mind into the harmony needed to learn and absorb information.

Each step of the process has a specific purpose – the 5 steps:

  1. We begin by taking a deep breath and focusing on your heart.
  2. Then we shift that heart focus to gratitude for the blessings in your life – fully immersing into that gratitude as best you can.
  3. This next step involves acknowledging these questions:
    Who am I? — What do I want? — What’s my purpose? — What makes me happy?
    We hear and acknowledge these questions, but do not try to answer … having asked… in time, life will move you into the experience of the answers.
  4. The next step is awareness – to become aware of your body – your hands in your lap, your feet on the floor.
  5. The last step is to take a deep breath and focus again on your heart. Then on the exhale, allow yourself to hear the beating of your heart as a sound or feel it as a sensation.  I recommend that when you exhale … hold that exhale with the focus on your heart.  If you’ve followed the guidance of this experience, fully immersing yourself into it – while you’re holding that exhale – you WILL FEEL the beating of your heart – you may hear it as well.

Grounding

We live in an active, energetic world where we’re being pulsed with energy every day – all day – from things we can see like news, social media, and events that happen in front of us.  We’re also feeling the effects of energy we don’t see like the gravitational push and pull of the sun, moon and planets, plus solar flares from the sun, plus man’s energy.

Grounding can be quick or intense, but both can be fully immersive when we focus.

Different ways to ground:

  • With eyes closed, breathe deeply and see roots from your feet traveling down into the soils of Mother Earth – down to her center where they wrap around a black tourmaline sphere – anchoring you.  You can bring that love of Mother Earth back up through the roots to your heart – or stay anchored around the sphere.
  • Earthing:  Take your shoes off and place your feet on Mother Earth – grass, soil, rocks or water – BREATHE deeply – soaking up the earth’s negative electrical charge.  As little as 5-10 minutes a day can make a difference.
  • Meditation – guided or simply sitting in the stillness, breathing into peaceful awareness of Mother Earth and one-ness.

The Vagus Nerve is an information highway in your body that lets your brain know what’s happening – regulating heart beat, breathing, digestion, mood and the body’s inflammation response.

They typical rate of breathing for humans is shallowly.  This subconscious shallow breathing consistently trains the Vagus Nerve to breathe shallowly as our normal state.  Shallow breathing results in depriving the body of the vital oxygen it needs to survive and to thrive.  Due to reduced oxygen flow our brain can’t think clearly, metabolism is slowed, the immune system suffers, healing is slower, illness can occur and the body feels exhausted on a daily basis.

Emotions become scattered all over the place.  Thoughts berate us – and we let them – thoughts like, “what’s wrong with me, why can’t I ____” – “I’ll never have ____” and subconsciously we feel like we’re not good enough, deserving or worthy to have what we want in life.

Since the Vagus Nerve can be trained to breathe shallowly, it can also be trained to breathe more deeply – supplying the body – all your vital organs, including your brain – with the oxygen it needs to operate at optimum efficiency.  It just takes conscious effort till it’s your normal state.

I suggest setting a timer (the one on your phone will work) to Breathe Deeply for a few minutes every hour.  When I’m working at my computer, I set my timer for 15-20 minutes because I get so engrossed in what I’m doing, I tend to hold my breath.

While training the Vagus Nerve, I suggest setting the timer for at least every 30 minutes — and incorporate taking a deep breath every time you stand up – walk into another room – sit down – etc.  The more you consciously take deep breaths throughout your day, the more quickly you can train your Vagus Nerve.

Ways to stimulate the Vagus Nerve:

  • slow, deep, diaphragmatic breathing – specifically long slow exhales
  • cold exposure – cold/ice pack on your face/neck or hands/wrists – a cold icepack on your chest this will bring relief to a panic attack
  • hum, sing, chant
  • gargle for 30-60 seconds
  • claming music with slow rhythms
  • meditation and mindfulness
  • yoga – especially slow, breath-focused styles
  • tai chi
  • laughter
  • massage the neck or behind the ears
  • foot reflexology

Meditation embodies the LOVE state of being.

Meditation recalibrates your energy and can rewire neural pathways of belief that have held you hostage for years.

Meditation opens the way to flush out toxins from your body, cleanse and refresh your energy centers, elevate your internal vibration, boost your metabolism and shift you to a peaceful state of being that is Life-Changing.

If you believe you “can’t meditate” because you have trouble quieting your thoughts – don’t worry, I have a solution!  In the beginning I struggled with out of control thoughts myself, but now I use the Quiet Your Mind technique to regulate my breathing and consciously manage my thoughts.

I suggest and recommend immersing yourself into the Quiet Your Mind meditation first, then begin the guided meditations I’ve supplied here.  I believe most of the meditations – if not all of them – begin with the quiet your mind technique, but if you have trouble settling the rampant thoughts, immersing first into the Quiet Your Mind meditation will support you to more quickly achieve success at slipping into your quiet heart space to embody the LOVE and empowerment of the meditations.

Action Step #1

Transcript:  When something upsetting happens – STOP what you’re doing — When something upsetting happens, your body shifts your state of BE-ing into survival mode – fight, flight or hide.  This shift naturally shrink wraps your energy to the body, putting your body on high alert for danger.

Why: When you stop what you’re doing you have the opportunity to stop the normal progression of going down the uncomfortable emotional rabbit hole of anxiety, despair, anger, overwhelm and/or stress (all fear emotions/feelings).  When you stop this progression, you put a stop to getting stuck in survival mode on high alert waiting for a predator that really isn’t coming because that predator only exists in your analytical mind
**NOTE: if you body IS in danger, take the necessary steps to ensure your safety.

Follow Through: Make the conscious decision to STOP what you’re doing and follow through with ‘stopping’ in order to observe the emotions you’re feeling.
**NOTE: If you cannot physically stop what you’re doing safely, set your intention to address this at a safer time.
You can never wait too late to shift your energy – it can be a day later, a week later, five minutes later or 30 years later – it could be something you’re overcoming from the past – it’s never too late.

Transcript: Take DEEP Breaths
 – focus on your breath — take a deep breath, then on the exhale, drop your jaw to let the air out — you’ll feel the tension in your face, neck and shoulders flush away the more you take the deep breaths.

Why: when you get anxious, you breathe shallowly and hold your breath – starving your body and all your vital organs of the oxygen you need to survive.  As a result, the brain gets foggy and ceases to think clearly.  This is a learned response and can be changed by re-training your Vagus Nerve to breathe more deeply as your normal state of breathing.

When you breathe deeply and focus your attention on your breathing and your heart space, you bring your heart and mind into harmony – into coherence – opening the way to bring your three levels of consciousness into alignment.

Follow Through: Take the deep breaths – focus your thoughts on the feeling of the breath coming into and leaving your body.

Action Step #3

Transcript: Accept what your life is in this moment – accept what you’re feeling – resentment/anger/frustration, etc, accept that you’re feeling this —- remember acceptance does NOT mean you’re in agreement – it’s simply acceptance of what is.

Why: Acceptance stops the internal battle going on between your conscious wanting something better, your superconscious telling you that, YES! you can have it, and your subconscious saying NO you can’t because of all the proof it has from past experiences that you’re not good enough.  Acceptance neutralizes the playing field, bringing your three levels of consciousness – subconscious, conscious and superconscious, into alignment as friends instead of enemies.  Acceptance of “what IS” releases you from the pressure of not being in agreement with others and/or an experience.

Follow Through: Say out loud or in your mind, “I accept what my life is in this moment.”  Allow your body to FEEL this shift to neutrality.  Be willing to release the need to hold on to the emotions of anxiety, anger, despair, outrage, worry, etc – all those less than love energies – just be willing to release that need to hold on to them. … because we only want to hold on to them when we feel like we’re a victim … move into the strength and stamina – your empowerment – release that need to be a victim.

Action Step #4

Transcript: Accept that you have the power within you to improve your life – claim this power and set your intention to Use it.

Why:  Taking this action step of accepting your own power … moves energy behind the scenes.  Acceptance puts your operating system on focused awareness alert.  You immediately become ‘aware’ of your internal energetic flow.  Setting your clear intention to USE your power, feeds the energy the code of a new emotion – a new feeling – opening the way for a new, higher outcome.  Acceptance of your internal power boosts your strength, stamina and confidence energetically – and it empowers you.

Follow Through: Say out loud or in your mind, “I accept, claim and use my power to improve this experience.”  Then allow yourself to feel the energy shift from out-of-control anxiety to a more neutral, empowered state.

Transcript: Ask your Angelic Team for help – ask Jesus to take your hand, he WILL – and together form a circle of LOVE.

Why: You have an Angelic Team standing by – ever ready to support and help you.  When you ask for their assistance, you bring your superconscious/higher-self into the experience – syncing with that energy – opening the way to create a higher outcome.

Follow Through: Get quiet, focus on your breath, ask your angelic team to help you – they will never turn you down.  In your mind’s eye see them and/or feel – feel them join you as best you can.  The act of “seeing” your angelic team join you begins to create an energetic blueprint leading to a higher outcome.  Remember … energy reacts differently when you observe it. Vision this in your mind’s eye as best you can.  Using the guided meditation makes it really simple to implement this.

Action Step #6 – part A

Transcript: Infuse the situation, all the people involved and yourself with the LOVE that IS Your Essence with the surrendered intention of creating a higher outcome.  When I say ‘surrendered intention’ I mean releasing the need to force your personal will – surrender to the flow of LOVE.  When you feel the need to force your personal will, you’re vibrating in fear.  When you’re vibrating in LOVE, there’s no feeling of need to push or force anything – you’re in flow of peace from deep within connected with that Divinity witnin – feeling SAFE and empowered.

Why: TWO things happen when you infuse love sincerely from your heart –

  1. you shift out of the despair, anxiety, the fear, anger, resentment, all those less than LOVE energies, you shift out of that — remember you can’t be in LOVE vibration and fear vibration at the same time – it’s physically impossible – and all the less than LOVE feelings/emotions that you were originally feeling .. they ARE of Fear. When fully immersed in the LOVE vibration, you shift out of that energy and there is no fear, no anxiety – you feel SAFE. When you infuse with this LOVE, your vibration raises as a result, you become a magnet for experiences of this higher vibration of energy, plus the higher frequency boosts your immune system.
  2. the LOVE vibration you infuse the situation/people/yourself with opens the way to create a higher outcome – a higher outcome in all directions of time – it heals the past, it supports the present, and it creates a higher outcome for the future.

NOTE: The LOVE energy you’re using to infuse with is not physical, human romantic love, but LOVE of the highest order – the LOVE that is your essence – LOVE pulled from the Divinity within you.  It’s that LOVE of your superconscious/higher-self with the greater consciousness – that essence of who you are.

Follow Through: Vision in your mind’s eye this experience – holding the hands of your angelic team.  Then observe placing the situation in the center of the circle and consciously infuse all the LOVE of your heart – all the LOVE that IS your essence into this situation in the center of the circle.  Your angels do the same.  Allow yourself to observe this LOVE energy infusing into the situation as a mist of white light.  The light carries the signature – the code of your intention to create a higher outcome through the vibration of LOVE of the Divinity within.

Then vision placing all the people involved in the center of the circle and infuse them with this LOVE.  If at first you struggle with SINCERELY infusing the people with love because you’re upset with them, instead focus on sending that LOVE energy to their higher-self, send the LOVE to the Divinity within them. When you feel you’ve mastered sending LOVE to their higher-self – to that Divinity, then shift to the Human self and infuse their HUMAN self with LOVE.  The angels will do the same.

Once you’ve completed this step, then vision placing the aspect of you that is struggling with this experience into the center of the circle and infuse this aspect of you with all that LOVE.  The angels will infuse YOU with LOVE, too.

You’ll feel the shift.  The anxiety will be gone.

 

 

 

Action Step #6 – part B

Transcript: Forgive ALL aspects of this experience – forgive the situation, forgive the people involved and forgive yourself for your part in the experience.
NOTE:  You cannot fully infuse with LOVE if you’re holding the situation/people or yourself in ‘unforgiveness’ – unfogiveness is a fear state of mind.  But if you’ve reached that level of LOVE energy in part A, then part B will be very simple to do.  If you’re struggling with it, you need to look further, go deeper into what the energy you’re feeling is … what the emotion is – look at it more deeply and repeat the LOVE vibration infusion.

Why: Forgiving all aspects of this experience, transforms the pain to LOVE and sets you free from that pain.  Shifting and connecting with the LOVE energy and emotions of the Divinity within transforms you from within – and that transformation MUST reflect outside of you when you sustain the transformation.  This energetic shift opens the way to create through you – through your connection with the Divinity … it creates a higher outcome.

Your energetic vibration of this experience OWNS your power to create a higher outcome. When you change and transform and heal the energy/feelings within you to LOVE – that LOVE vibration – when you transform that from fear, you move into the New You that lives a New Life from a different vibration. The LOVE vibration is healing in all ways – in all directions of time – healing situations, relationships, and opening the way to possibly heal the body.

Follow Through: Vision in your mind’s eye this experience – holding the hands of your angelic team – same as before when infusing LOVE … see the situation in the center of the circle and consciously hold the intention of “forgiveness”  and infuse more LOVE of your heart with the intention to fully Forgive. If you feel resistance in your body at the ‘thought’ of forgiveness, dive deeper into the emotions you’re feeling – OBSERVE them – give them a name.  When you name a negative emotion, it immediately begins to lose it’s power over you.

Your angels will infuse LOVE with you.  Allow yourself to see this LOVE/Forgiveness infusing into the situation as a mist of white light.  The light carries the signature – it carries the code of your intention to create a higher outcome through the vibration of LOVE of the Divinity within and FORGIVENESS.

Once you’ve completed, then vision placing all the people involved in the center of the circle and infuse them with LOVE/Forgiveness.

Once you’ve completed, then vision placing the aspect of you that has been struggling with this experience into the center of the circle and infuse this aspect of you with LOVE/Forgiveness for your part in the experience.

Transcript: Sustain the LOVE vibration/energy/emotion – when you’ve fully shifted into the LOVE vibration and thoroughly infused all aspects of the experience with LOVE of the highest order, you ARE a New State of BE-ing.

Why: The experiences of your life are made manifest through your emotions.  When you’re feeling the emotions of anxiety, anger, frustration, worry, resentment, overwhelm and/or stress, you manifest more experiences that make you feel this negative, fear energy.  When you achieve and sustain the LOVE vibration, you manifest life experiences of LOVE – experiences that bring you joy and happiness.

When you fully engage with the LOVE energy/emotion through this Infuse LOVE guided experience, you’re using your power – you feel empowered — and You Are.

The LOVE vibration makes you a magnet for more experiences of the LOVE vibration.  Your life is happier and miraculous experiences find their way to you.  You don’t have to force your personal will – your life flows in ease and grace, opening the way for you to live your version of Heaven on Earth – your fulfilled square of life.

Follow Through: You’ve achieved the LOVE vibration through these action steps.  Now you want to take that LOVE feeling with you throughout your day.  To sustain the LOVE vibration, BE AWARE of your internal energy.  Check in with yourself, how do you feel?  What emotions are you experiencing?  Check in with yourself every hour throughout the day to discern what energy are you feeling and emitting out to the universe!  If what you’re feeling is less than love, STOP what you’re doing and course correct – recapturing the elated, aroused feeling of the LOVE that is your essence – connecting and staying connected with the Divinity within no matter what’s going on around you.  … and life becomes a miraculous loving experience.

These simple steps are just that – they’re simple and they’re quick to employ.  All you have to do is implement each one … and again … life becomes a magical experience.

The Healing Circle of LOVE meditation guides you to create a safe space to transform your less than love fear energy to LOVE.  You’re gently guided to call in your angelic team and place into the center of the circle: situations/events, then all the people involved, then yourself – infusing love, sincerely from your heart.

Meet Your Worry Angel Meditation & Program

For many of us, worrying is a lifestyle – it’s what we do.  We worry about our job, our kids, our cash flow, our family, our friends, … the world.  But worrying is a programmed response that has become our lifestyle.  We weren’t born to worry.  If there was a life manual, the chapter on worry would be “how not to worry.”

We’re taught that if we don’t worry, we’re not responsible – its as if we don’t care.  This is a lie.  Worry is the least responsible thing we can do.  Worry is a negative, fear energy that wreaks havoc not only with the body, but with our life and the people we’re worrying about.

Worrying is a dress rehearsal to manifest what you do NOT want.  Think about it … when you worry, you replay over and over again in your head scenarios that you do NOT like.  Not only that … when you worry … that energy is passionate – firmly anchoring what you do NOT want to happen.

Importance of journaling:

When you follow the guided prompts and write down your thoughts, you activate feelings and emotions in your body – giving you more accurate life guidance.  Writing by hand jump starts your memory, congition and creativity – ultimately supporting your brain to function better.  You’ll achieve clarity of thought regarding what you really want as well as a revelation of the emotions/feelings/thought patterns and beliefs that hold you back.

You’ll see that the journal pages focus on elevating your energetic vibration to the state of Gratitude.  If you’re not feeling gratitidue, your body will tell you – you’ll FEEL uncomfortable.  This is a red flag for your awareness – opening the way for the opportunity to investigate the feeling/emotion between you and gratitude.

The journal guides you to SIGN the bottom of each page.  Your signature signs a contract with the universe to be more Self-AWARE of your internal state of being – opening the way to elevate your internal emotions and energy to gratitude/LOVE and above more consistently.

AWARENESS – Timer Check-in for Deep Breaths AND Energy/Emotions

Deep Breath
The human body typically breathes shallowly – and holds the breath when stress gets involved.  Set a timer on your phone or use a stand alone timer to check in with yourself as often as you need – hourly check-ins in the beginning is perfect!  When you implement this consistently you’ll retrain your Vagus Nerve and Autonomic Nervous System to breathe more deeply as your normal way of breathing.

When you’re body is absorbing the oxygen from breathing deeply,your heart and mind are better supported to operate in harmony – choherently.  You’ll be able to think more clearly and manage your internal energetic frequency.

Energy Frequency/Emotions
While you’re checking on your breathing, evaluate your energetic vibration – meaning, evaluate your emotions.  Are you feeling happy/grateful/LOVE? If you aren’t … what ARE you feeling?  Is it anxious, angry, worried, resentful, stressed or overwhelmed?  All of these are fear energies and will magnetically attract to you expereinces of the same energy!  Evaluate your energy as you take you deep breaths and take the action steps necessary to shift out of the feelings that are less than LOVE fear back to LOVE/gratitude/appreciation feelings.

When I presented my first Game of Life Mastery program, the conversations in the private Facebook group took an unexpected turn. Everyone began talking about the same thing:  the dreams.

Some were vivid and felt weird.
Some were uncomfortable and emotional.
Some felt like nightmares.

I asked my angelic team what was really going on. What they shared changed everything: When your body sleeps, your mind doesn’t stop.  Your body begins processing the energy you’ve moved through during the day.  And when you’re actively growing … healing, shifting, expanding your consciousness … you’re also bringing old patterns to the surface to BE healed:
Past wounds.
Buried emotions.
Outdated beliefs.
Even stored trauma.

All of it begins to unwind and that process shows up in your dreams.

So those “weird” dreams that happen while you’re sleeping … aren’t random at all. They’re a sign that something inside you is changing, healing, shifting and transforming.

But here’s where it gets powerful… my angelic team gave me one simple step to share with the group. They said:

Before you fall asleep, ask your angelic team:
“Help me to only remember the parts of my dreams that benefit me during my waking hours.”

When my students began doing this, the heavy, uncomfortable dreams STOPPED and they slept more peacefully … plus they understood the guidance better because when a remembrance of a dream did come through… they knew it was Intentional … important … it was guidance.

The students began to trust what they were receiving.

Force Field Shield of Protection

When the pandemic began, the angels gave me this – that’s why it includes all viruses and bacteria (viruses could be computer, too).

Ask your angels to: Please surround me with your Diamond Steel Force Field Shield of protection filled with strength, stamina and healing love energy that deflects negativity and all viruses and bacteria.

Angel Time Warp

When you’re running late for an appointment or you’re in a time crunch to complete something, ask your angels for a Time Warp.

  • BREATHE deeply and ask your angelic team for a time warp to reach your destination or complete your task “at the right time”
  • Another Deep Breath – and on the exhale, drop your jaw and release the tension in your body
  • Take another DEEP Breath and affirm the relief that you’ve reached your destination or completed your project on time/at the right time
  • stop looking at the clock
  • focus on driving or the action steps to complete your task

I’ve used this trying to cross Denver in rush hour traffic to get to an appointment.  The drive would have taken 30 minutes with NO traffic – I made it in 25 – which was physically impossible, but I did it – WITHOUT exceeding the speed limit.

I’ve also used this driving an hour away to a hair appointment.  I was ten minutes late, but my hair dresser was running late, so I actually had to wait a few minutes for HIM – I arrived at the ‘right time.’

Infuse your food and beverages with LOVE

Bless your food before you eat it – bless everything you drink – bless your vitamins and medication …

Infuse EVERYTHING you put into your body with LOVE with the intention of nourishing your body.  If you’re a Reiki practitioner, Reiki your food – AND your body – every day!

Magnifying Internal Energetic Power through Water

Water magnifies energy.  When you’re upset/crying in the shower, you magnify that energy of despair out to the universe.

No more crying in the shower!  Instead when showering, washing hands/dishes, etc., focus on GRATITUDE and broadcast the higher vibration of Gratitude/LOVE out to the universe.  Singing songs that make you feel happy while you’re in the shower are the perfect support!

Cleanse Clear Bless Your Home

Unless you’ve just cleansed, cleared and blessed your home, there’s stagnent energy in your house.  Energy lingers – it’s there even though you don’t see it – from disagreements, violent TV, negative news, etc. – plus our general clutter.  I got the words I use in this ceremony/ritual from a cassette tape by John Edward, then I’ve adapted it to make it mine through the years.  I personally usually use a white candle instead of sage because the smoke from the sage sometimes upsets my sinuses.  Remember, intention is EVERYTHING.  Take the info in the PDF and make it your own!

Wow… I look different.

When you elevate your internal vibration, you’ll discover that when you look in the mirror, you don’t look the same.  It’s because you’re actually changing the cells of your body – you’re upleveling.  When you grow spiritually, the human body changes – and the energy you’re shifting into must acclimate to this New You.  Be gentle with yourself.  Drink lots of water, get more sleep when you need it.
