Feeling overwhelmed is triggered by a series of life experiences and/or thoughts that are uncomfortable.
These feelings stem from the birth of a belief that we have no control. As a result, we breathe shallowly and we can't think greater than we feel and that feeling is overwhelmed.
But even when it feels like you don't have the power to change these feelings… you do. Let's sit on the dock and explore what's possible together.
Why am I so anxious?
Anxiety is a learned response from past experiences. When triggered, the body feels that “anxious feeling.”
Then the brain gets involved by thinking uncomfortable thoughts that feed the “feeling.” This creates a perpetual loop of thinking and feeling anxious, till you learn to choose something different.
When you become aware of what's happening within you, you have the opportunity to consciously choose a different response... and begin shifting the energy. Come sit with me… we’ll breathe into a calmer Safe Space where you have control.
Worrying is a subconscious choice. This may sound harsh… but hear me out… for years... "worried" was my full-time job.
Until… I learned that I could consciously choose NOT to worry. Shocking, but true… we each hold the power within us to consciously choose not to worry – to shift those thoughts and feelings out of their familiar tracks and choose an elevated frequency of existence.
Unfortunately, 'how' to take worry to task isn't in our "Life Manual" so we have to learn it on our own. You're not alone anymore. Plus… you can choose to be introduced to your Worry Angel. Oh... didn't know you had one? You'll love this...

"That was exactly the question I typed into Google when I found Kate..."
How do I stop feeling so stressed?
Living with constant stress can make it feel like you're just getting through the day instead of truly living it. This state of being… is survival mode.
You have the power to choose the energy you hold surrounding the chaos outside of you... and interrupt the negative thought loops that keep feeding the stress within you.
When you bring your heart and mind into harmony, you control how your mind and body react to the external and internal stress triggers of life.
Taking control of your power... begins... with your breath. Let's begin where your power begins... with one gentle breath.
Why do I feel so stuck?
Logically we’d think that feeling stuck is not good. But the truth is… recognizing that you’re feeling stuck is the bridge you've been looking for to improve your life!
You feel stuck because you’ve outgrown the thoughts and feelings that have created the life you’re currently living and you’re ready for something more… something better.
I’m here… holding the door open… come on in and let’s explore just how powerful you really are.
